TRAINING COURSES AND EVENTS FOR BUSINESS

Lakes Challenge offer a wide range of training courses and events for business. These can be broadly divided as follows:

LEADERSHIP
Courses for Junior and Middle level management, helping people to become more effective leaders.

TEAM/RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Events which build teams and relationships. These could be internal to your business, inter-departmental, or could additionally involve external suppliers and customers. They are not courses with an academic content. They facilitate the building of successful teams, and they create lasting relationships. A perfect vehicle for workforce mergers, new project teams and so on.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Training events focussed on specific aspects of managing effectively. These could include Building and Maintaining Teams, Task Management, Communication Skills and Time Management, though courses frequently tackle several different objectives. Aimed at employees with aspirations to manage, and those already in junior and middle management positions.

FUN
What's wrong with having some fun! Exciting events with an element of fun can be used to reward teams at work for success, to help motivate staff and at the same time help to develop teams further.
