EQUIPMENT TESTING FOR THE OUTDOOR INDUSTRY

Lakes Challenge staff are professional outdoor people - Climbers, Walkers, Alpinists etc. They are well placed to offer unbiased and constructive advice and feedback on a wide range of outdoor products. They have already tested equipment for Brasher, Berghaus, Mountain Equipment and Bridgedale.

In addition to providing useful feedback, the use of equipment by professionals working in the outdoors does provide extra publicity and is seen by many of the people we work with and those who see us out on the hills, as a product endorsement.

Individuals working with Lakes Challenge include well-known Lakes climbers Dave Birkett and Bill Birkett and leading winter climber Paddy Cave.
