Lakes Challenge provides a wide range of events and activities for all types of groups and teams. The majority of these take place in Britain’s premier National Park – The Lake District – but we also offer a range of activities and events in other locations throughout Britain and abroad.

One of the key aspects of many Lakes Challenge events is that participants are free to choose which activities they want to join in – putting the emphasis on personal choice rather than having to follow a programme set by the organisers.
Activities are also designed to be available to all fitness levels - you don't need to have had any previous experience and you don't need to be especially fit -though for some activities it helps!

This is an established model which has been used by us for several years with English Partnerships, and which is currently being used in events we are providing for the Olympic Delivery Authority.

In addition to this, we can make sure that our highly skilled instructors and guides provide challenges which are tuned individually to those taking part, making sure that as much as possible, each person is undertaking activities at their own level.

So what types of groups can take advantage of Lakes Challenge events? Here are some examples:

-          CORPORATE GROUPS OF ALL TYPES
-          GROUPS WITH SPECIFIC TEAM
            BUILDING GOALS
-          GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
-          EMERGENCY SERVICES
-          OUTDOOR INDUSTRIES
-          GROUPS WITH SPECIFIC TRAINING
           AIMS
-          FUN EVENTS
-          SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES
           (STAFF &
            STUDENTS)
-          STAG/HEN GROUPS
-          SCOUTS
-          INFORMAL GROUPS OF FRIENDS

In short, whatever your group type or size, we have a Lakes Challenge event  to suit you.
