You'll find a wide range of activity pages listed in the menus at the top of the website. Each page shows a few photos to get a feel for the activity and a little text to help explain what the activity is all about. These activities can be undertaken as an event on their own, or by combining them to create a longer or more complex team or group event.

Most of these activities are available at a wide range of UK and European destinations as well as in the Lake District - for example the Peak District, Devon, Scotland, Spain and the Dolomites in Italy.
