So who will you meet?

	John White, a former Lake District National Park Ranger, leads a team of professionals specialising in all aspects of the outdoors. John has been running events and courses in the Lake District for the last 15 years and has excellent local knowledge. His specialist areas are outdoor activities and conservation. Author of a number of books on the outdoors, John is also qualified in recreation management and lecturing.
	Richard Bailey is our specialist mountain man - a talented climber who looks after all safety aspects connected with the mountain environment. Safe and reliable, Richard will help ensure your group have a safe and enjoyable time. Richard holds the Mountaineering Instructors Award and Winter Mountain Leader Award.
	Dave Willis combines work as an outdoor instructor with his life as a professional outdoor photographer - so don't be surprised to see him taking your photo at some stage! Dave can turn his hand to a wide range of adventurous activities and is an entertaining companion.
	Paul Barnes is another excellent Lake District based outdoor instructor, who specialises in mountain based activities. Paul holds the MIA and the European Mountain Leaders Award
	Dave Bishop works with a wide range of groups and uses his many years experience as a manager, lecturer and outdoors person to good advantage. A sprightly 60 something, Dave puts us all to shame when it comes to fitness...
	Langdale's Dave Birkett, one of the world's leading climbers, helps us from time to time and provides an outstanding companion and an excellent instructor. Learning to climb with Dave is akin to being given driving lessons by Michael Schumaker...
	Bill Birkett is one of the Lake District's best known authors, and is an acknowledged authority on the area. Bill helps out with some of our mountain walks and you'll be hard pressed to find a more interesting guide to spend your time with.
